Cristel Martinez was born in Honduras and migrated to the United States when she was 9 years old. Cristel earned her Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law where she was part of the immigration clinic and successfully argued before he U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She plans to use her education to work towards an equal access for people who are deprived.
